Free return labels within the US are valid only and able to be generated within 10 days from receipt of order. Returned items must be received within 7 days after the return label has been generated or a $10 restocking fee per item will be incurred.

All freight for International returns are paid by the customer, and it is their responsibility to send back. Krisa is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments. Once received we will refund you for the amount of the goods returned. Customers will not be refunded for any duties/taxes incurred when originally receiving the shipment.

* The return process usually takes 5-10 business days upon receipt of item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Merchandise returned without the original hangtag, or a damaged hangtag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
- FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

Please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 322.589.2020, our representatives can assist you with ensuring that your desired size or color is available as well as reserving it for you. The item(s) will then be sent out as soon as your return arrives and is processed.
To receive your replacement item(s) faster, it is recommended that you repurchase the desired item(s) and return the item(s) that did not work out.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, we will be able to process the cancellation only if the order has not been shipped
+ International Exchanges / Cancellations
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges at the time. Customers follow the return process (stated above) for their unwanted and will need to place a new order for the desired product.
If you need to cancel an order contact email@example.com immediately. We are able to cancel the order if the package has not been shipped yet.
If an order has been shipped and refused, the customer will be responsible for the original duties, taxes, shipping & handling costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package back. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
